why did my pizza come soggy?

Got a pizza stone for Christmas, so trying it out.

Used America's test kitchen recipe for dough and sauce. 4c bread flour, one packet yeast, salt and water. The sauce was 28 oz diced tomatoes processed in the food processor and simmered for 15 min with garlic. I did plain cheese, peppers/onions, and pineapple.

Cooked at 500 for 12-13 minutes.

The bottom crust is soggy for my taste. Flops over when you pick a piece up. The top was nicely cooked and browned.

How do I get the bottom to be crusty instead of soggy?
