Can oven be a little warm to start rustic bread?

I was at the final stage for my rustic loaf- had it resting on the counter with a little homemade tent over it. Went to put the pot in the oven and realized the oven was on 400- I had misplaced my mind at preheated it for something entirely different. I've now turned off the oven and have the oven door open to help the heat escape. But how long will it take for the oven to cool down? And does it need to cool down completely? And what of the dough? Will it be ruined if it rests for too long?
