Artisan Bread In Five Minutes A Day

This is easier than No Knead Bread. Just stir the ingredients, let sit a few hours, put in fridge, then use within 2 weeks. To use, cut off a hunk of dough, form it into loaf type, let rise, slash and bake. Book has different type of doughs to start for different types of bread. If I can do it anyone can do it.
