New York Times No Knead-Bread

A short video on YouTube about making no-knead bread has become popular. It is not the same as 5 Min. a Day Artisan bread, but has a couple of similarities. I've made the bread a few times with great success. The video has everything you need to know.

There has been a little bit of discussion about the so called New York Times no knead method on the thread titled "How to mix the Artisan Bread dough volume". In the interest of future searches and so as not to hi-jack that thread, I'm starting this new thread under an appropriate title.

BTW, I'll continue to call it the NYT method even though they did nothing more than publicize it (for which I am grateful) because it has become known by that name. The credit for developing the method belongs to Jim Lahey, owner of the Sullivan Street Bakery in NYC.
