Gap under interior doors ~ 1 year punch list

Is there a standard for how much space is between the bottom of an interior door and the floor? We have forced air with vents on the floors and returns on the wall in every room in the house. I don't think air circulation is a concern. We have solid wood doors, and the space seems too great. The lack of sound privacy is my biggest concern but also people (adults and especially children) keep getting toes and feet scraped across the top when the doors open and close.

Most doors are about 3/4" above the hardwood floors; one pocket door is over an inch. This seems like too much space. What do you think? If it is too great, is it reasonable to ask for all of the doors to be replaced? That seems like a lot of money for our builder. I want to be reasonable, but I am very disappointed that noise seems to be a greater problem in our new house with solid wood doors than in our old house with hollow doors.
