I am having a hard time deciding on appliances

This is what I'm considering, any help is appreciated

Wolf 36" range

Bosch DW

Bosch Refrigerator

Ventahood

Thermador Range, DW, Hood, Refrigerator .

Thermador is having a special if you buy a range and fridge you get a DW and Hood.

I love the Wolf range and am pairing it with Bosch for the rest of the appliances to save money. Sub zero fridge is crazy expensive.

Option #3 GE full Viking kitchen, Option #4 Ge monogram kitchen

I figure they will all run around 15K.

Please help me decide.
