I believe it is a Verizon issue, because I hadn't done anything to it and at about three o clock, EDT, I clicked on it again and about 10 messages came up, which I could read, but then the error message (the one I put in the link) came up again. About 5 minutes later, I tried it again, and got the message asking for the PW again. When I clicked on cancel, I got the big error message again. I guess I'll just wait it out for a few hours to see what happens, before attempting anything else.

Can we assume both posters use and keep updated programs for anti virus and things like Spybot S&D, Spywareblaster, AdAware, AVG anti malware or similar programs? I think I would run at least one free online scan to be sure I did not have nasties messing my machine about. Here are a couple if you do not have any bookmarked. BitDefender and Ewido. Then send yourself a couple of emails and see if things have improved. While you are working at a fix for this you could consider signing up for a free online (or web based) email account at Yahoo, Hotmail or other service to use. Always a good idea anyway for when web sites demand an email address.

BTW, my computer is an HP h8-1120 2.00 running 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium. I ran Super Antispyware and Microsoft Security Essentials and Malware Bytes and no threats showed up. I turned the computer off for 4 hours; rebooted; and still have the same issue.

are you using the print email button on your actual email program? Mine will not print properly unless I use the actual button built into the email program. which email program are you using? for example on my hotmail at the top row where it says NEW, Delete, Junk etc there is a small printer icon that is how I have to print the individual emails by using that icon.
