If you install xmarks on the browser and set it up to save your bookmarks then you can go to the second computer install xmarks on it and have it sync it will automatically put everything you had on the first onto the second plus it keeps them all on a safe website that you have access to from any computer any where, you just need your name and password. I use it on all of mine. Just be sure to get the version for your browser. Xmarks. Com Usually to copy the files to flash drive you can right click on the file name and choose copy to then select the usb flash drive, you want to copy not move or cut, that will leave them on the original drive should you need them there again. If you want to copy an entire folder just right click on the folder and choose to copy it to the usb flash drive. Be absolutely sure to use the safety remove icon before removing the flash drive, it will appear down by the clock when the flash drive is inserted into the pc. Always do this.

When you have the box on your screen, click on the 'print screen' button (it should be to the right of your F12 key). This copies your screen shot. Open Microsoft Word or other word processing document and paste image there. Click View> toolbars > picture toolbar and select 'crop picture. From there you can reduce your screen shot to show the box only and not your screen background. Hope this is what you wanted to know.

With regards to recipes, I use my PDA mostly for recipes I get online, or in emails (a daily recipe email provides some fun ones for me). I just copy and paste them into a "memo" in my desktop software (I use a Palm, which has excellent desktop support in my opinion), then sync my PDA and it's all right there. You can buy software that will let you copy word and excel files to the PDA, if that's what you're after. I can't speak for anyone else, of course, but my PDA is always with me (even in the kitchen & wherever I'm shopping at) - my computer isn't, which makes the PDA far more useful for me. I'm sure people with laptops might find those more useful, since the screen is larger. You can get a fairly large screen on a PDA though...mine's just the cheapest model out there, so I deal with the smaller screen. Obviously I wouldn't be carrying a laptop through the store though, and with my PDA, I always have lists of groceries, wholesale stores, department stores, and whatever else I need with me all the time, so it's a simple matter of pulling that list up and I'm good to go. If I did that on my home computer, I'd still need to remember to go print out a copy before I left - which I never was very good at, and I'd have to actually sit down at the computer to make the list too, which I'm also not good at. I generally have my PDA with me (I keep it in a pants pocket), so it's easy to remember to add something to the list immediately. ;-) They aren't for everyone - PDA's need to be synced with your home computer to back them up, and they need to be charged once in awhile. If you're not going to carry it with you *always and everywhere*, it probably won't work for you. But it is pretty darn handy if you are one of those who will use it!

Exactly! Things you can't put a price tag on are a lot more important than some think. The very first move my husband and I made after he graduated with his first degree, sure made a believer out of me where that is concerned. I used to call the area where we relocated the rectum of the earth, LOLOL. My opinion has softened over the years but we had taken every thing into consideration BUT the lifestyle we'd have to life given that areas confines. When he went off to war, and came back to take an advanced degree, we opted NOT to go back to the position he had held and took a completely different direction career and locality-wise, and it was a good choice. Since then, we split and I moved again to a rural county in Appalachia, again a good choice for my life-style. That's so, so important. I didn't want to hit retirement and realise I had given up life quality for 'quantity' in material things. Of course, different offices of the same corporations present different job atmospheres. I imagine your spouse has considered that and factored that in. That's important too. Losing some on a house to sell isn't the omega, if your finances can handle it. Corporations often help in relocations and if they do, take advantage of the situation if it benefits you. If you move to an area of cheaper homes, and lower taxes it can even be a fiscal opportunity and you'll recoup your losses if you play your cards right. Good luck, it sounds exciting.
