If you have scale you have ants. Ants farm the scale. They bring it to the plant and eat the secretions. Systemic poison like orthene helps. Work on getting rid of the ants.

This is a response to the post by lee676 Excuse Me!? You sound like a cheating husband to me. This IS the WHOLE story. At first, I wasn't snooping. But once I saw that he was having conversations with one of my friends, OF COURSE I AM GOING TO LOOK FURTHER INTO IT!!! I bought him the computer! Then fixed it up for him!! HE ALSO has access to my computer and information as well!!! I wouldn't blame him if he wanted to look into my archives!!! If I'm not doing anything wrong, then who cares!!! It should have been the same for him!! I TRUSTED him!!! With all of my heart!! Oh and by the way, if you have the hard drive, you have the information!! I certainly would be too if I found my wife installing software on my computer for surreptiously reading my private correspondence, even if I was completely innocent. (I don't understand what the point of trashing the computer but saving the hard drive is, though.) That said, this isn't about you being lazy in bed or anywhere else. This is about a breakdown in trust, and lack of responsive listening. Something had to have led up to this.

tilleys26, Jack's magic will work well to keep the iron in solution. I would suggest that you use a filter aid in your sand filter. This will help the filter hold the fine particles that it is unable to catch. Don't worry about the chlorine until you get the water cleared up. Sand filters work fine once the water is clear. DE filters work much more quickly to clear the water. Go to a pool store and ask about a filter aid to add to your sand filter. Be patient and continue to filter 20+ hours a day until it is clear. Water trucks generally have iron tanks. You may have traded one iron source for another. As the water starts to clear you can start raising the alkalinity and calcium hardness. Good luck.

Thank you all for the input. I can't really tell the difference between the iPad Air and the iPad Air 2 but I want 128GB and it's only available on the Air2. Marlene the global positioning causes the iPad to right itself. You can lock it so it doesn't turn by going into settings. Go to general on the left side and put a check behind lock rotation. This will enable you to use the slider switch on the edge of the right side to lock it so it doesn't do that. You can also turn the cellular data off in settings. Click on the left side where it says cellular. Then the top right will say cellular and if it's enabled the slide switch is green. If you slide the switch to the left it will turn off the cellular. You will still be able to use wifi but the cellular data (the data that you pay for) will be turned off. If you want to turn it back on just slide the switch to the right. Marlene, don't feel challenged as there is a definite learning curve. The fact that you have one is great. If you bought it from the Apple Store they have a great tech staff and I think they have classes. Another thing you can do if you can't figure something out is to go to google and type you question in i.e. what do I do if my iPad freezes? You will usually find a step by step process that will help you. I discovered this as I had an text that had a Christmas surprise that I didn't want anyone to see so I googled how do I delete a text message on my iPhone. I followed the directions and voila the text was gone!
