If you want a laugh have a look at these!

Hi, being addicted to all kinds of plants especially the unusual and tropical, I usually have great success at germinating all sorts of seeds here in the UK. Last year I was especially pleased as I grew a Royal Poinciana to over 1ft from seed. Unfortunately, early this year, we lost our greenhouse in a gale.....and the RP. I re-sowed 2 spare seeds last week, placed them in the airing cupboard...and promptly forgot them till yesterday when I went to place some Desert Rose seeds in there! Oh yes, they had indeed sprouted, all to readily as you can see below....mmmmmph!

The question is, will these ever make it do you think?

My opinion is not, could I gradually build up the soil level to cover the bare stem? They have a good root system, and are already greener than last night believe it or not.
