Sunflower disease? Help identifying the cause

Months ago I gave it a try with sunflowers. Everything was going perfectly well until one day it's leaves started getting spotted. I didn't mind it at first, but the spots multiplied in just hours and soon sprung into the other leaves. It killed my sprout in a matter of days.

Gave it a try once again. This time I sew 3 seeds and they all were doing fine again, until this morning when one of them got the same kind of spots my previous sunflower had. The other two seem to be doing fine though.

I have no idea what may be causing this problem. I'm almost sure it isn't alternaria/rust since the spots do start in a brown-orange tone, but then turn skin colored and deteriorate the leave to the point you can see through the holes. As mentioned previously they spread extremely fast, and I've noticed some of the affected area has tiny little black spots on the back of the leaf. I would be extremely grateful if someone helps me find out what kind of disease is this, how to treat it and most importantly, how it starts.
