re-canning baby clams

I want to can clam chowder, can i re-can clams?

I want to make 12 quarts, just the clams, clam juice, potatoes, (i diced potatoes a-while ago and part cooked them then froze them so i am wanting to use them) and onion, and some spices (if thats ok) i will follow the bbb for the chowder base and just keep making batches till i have 12 quarts WITHOUT the salt pork (would i have to process that long even though i am not using the pork)? I know lots of questions but i have NEVER canned clam chowder before and i am a bit scared :0 we love clam chowder (new england) and i would use fresh clams but where i live (we moved 10 years ago) you dont see fresh clams so i have to buy the canned ones
