Canned ham and beans..small amount of fat on top

Well We had our ham last night and I made a big batch of ham and beans to can. I used the ham bone ad a ham steak for the meat in the soup. I followed the directions from Dave (thanks) and pressure canned for 75 minutes. They turned out great, and all sealed yippee for me. My question is now that they are cooling off I notice a quarter inch of fat on the top of the jars. After cooking for 5 minutes I took out the meat, removed the fat and cut the meet into bite sized pieces. I just got done around midnight so If I need to reprocess I can do so. Is this normal?? I didn't put any real fatty pieces in it. I canned it half solids and half liquids. HELP

Stacie

PS thanks for answering all the questions for this canning mama
