Soup processing time?

Hello,

I have a batch of vegetable soup in the pressure canner on a gas stove. Using the Bernardin (Ball) canning book guideline for a chicken stock / vegetable soup, I was planning to pressure can 500ml (1/2 quart)jars for 75 minutes. Just my luck, fifty minutes into the process, I ran out of gas. I guess I have to start the clock over when I get the tank replaced.

My recipe is not exactly from the book though. IÂve added tomato sauce, cabbage, leeks and a few extra carrots to the mix. Would this change my time assumption?
