apple pie filling

I made apple pie filling using the NCHFP recipe, I allowed the correct head space, but after processing the filling is up to the top of the jar, the jar is sealed, and if you look into the jar you can see gaps between filling and apples in places, I did run a knife down to get the air out before putting on the lid, How long will these keep? Can I just put the jars in the freezer as they are to keep them longer?

I processed them 25 minutes in a BWB. I did use clear jel.
