Tomato Strainers / Food Mills

My family makes a large amount of tomato sauce once a year and currently cuts up 20-30 bushels of tomatoes by hand. This year we were thinking of buying some sort of machine to do the work for us that can remove the skins and seeds without too much hassle. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which type of device to buy for doing something like this? Should we get an electric one with a motor.. or should we get one with a crank handle? Any specific recommendations? thanks
