Chili sauce recipe for review please?

Can someone please review this chili sauce recipe for safety? This is one my dad used to make about 30 years ago, and I had written it down at the time. I believe this recipe has been doubled from the original, as I remember my dad saying he combined two recipes (but that might have meant that he doubled it). I made this a couple of weeks ago, but thought I should check to make sure there is enough acid to keep it safe. I canned it into 500ml jars, rather than quarts, and BWB for 20 minutes. It gave me a yield of 15 500ml jars.

11 quarts ripe tomatoes

3 bunches celery

4 lbs cooking onions

5-6 sweet red peppers

5-6 sweet green peppers

4 Cups cider vinegar

4 cups white vinegar

6 cups sugar

1 tbsp each-cinnamon, cloves, allspice,dill seed, ginger

3/4 C pickling spice in a bag

After chopping all vegetables, put all ingredients together in a large pot. Simmer 4-5 hours, or until approx. half the original volume. Ladle hot misture into canning jars, BWB for 20 minutes.

yields 12- 32oz jars.
