It's 4 o'clocks!

The bag full of 4 o'clocks that I got from Donna (ladybarber)at the first Jax GW swap are surviving very well in a BIG flower pot. Each evening, there are more and more flowers and it's a joy to have their color splash against all the greenery and the gray board fence. Thanks so much, Donna! The indigo pea is growing and blooming sporadically and the dragon fruit and other plants I got from the last swap at Donna's are hanging in there despite the heat. I'M SORRY I CAN'T POST PHOTOS. (Maybe after Christmas? ;o) ? ) And, I've taken cuttings from a crape myrtle and a purple passion flower vine. I simply stuck them in some fresh potting soil and am keeping them watered. If anyone has suggestions to ensure their survival, I'm all ears! Slowly but surely, my yard is starting to look like someone cares about it! cora
