KatieC's Roasted Tomato Soup--Oil Issues?

I made 4 pints, but after doing some reading tonight is seems olive oil and canning don't mix. When I roasted the veggies, I coated the pan heavily and put ran the bottle over the top for a few swigs. After they roasted I ran the tomatoes through the food mill then put in pot with broth and other veggies. I then emulsified the soup. Simmered for 10 minutes and processed accordingly. Know I'm worried about the olive oil content. Is it safe?
