re-packing fermented beans for canning

I'm now the proud producer of about 5 quarts of nicely fermented dilly beans - delicious. As the fridge is now becoming a bit crowded with jars full of fermenteds, I am facing the problem of how to recoup the space.

I'm wondering - mainly because of the thought of dumping out the contents of the jars, then painstakingly re-packing the beans in hot jars is "work" - sooo - is it possible to leave the beans in the jars, drain the brine - heat the jars from the outside - then pour hot brine over the beans left in the jar, and can - in either BWB or PC - according to the new "acid" rule (such as is now used for high acid fruits.)

It sure would be great - because the thought of re-packing all those beans leaves me exhausted.

Just my 2 c's.

p.s. I know it sounds crazy but???
