Meat Curing Forum Proposal

Under another thread here, it was suggested that GW should have a forum on meat curing, which would include sausage making, meat and fish smoking, and processing of meat to make jerky, corned beef, bacon, pastrami and all those sorts of things. So far, the GW administrators have not responded to this suggestion, but I am still hopeful because I know the level of interest and I believe the idea is logical.

The best place to register your support for a Meat Curing forum is at the Suggestion Forum linked below. If you are interested and have not yet posted your support, please do. Even if you already done so, reinforcing your support will help.

Keep these thoughts in mind:

1. Be polite and show respect for the GW site administrators. You catch more flies with molasses than vinegar, as they say.

2. Use your rhetorical skills. Elaborate on your idea with examples and specifics. Don't post just one sentence.
