Can blueberry or raspberry syrup be open kettle canned safely?

Can blueberry or raspberry syrup be open kettle canned safely?

Or does it even have to be canned at all?

Will it be OK at room temps for a month or so if not canned but just bottled at a cooled down room temp after making it?

(Open kettle canned = no hot water bath processing - just sterilized jars + hot canning contents and seal.)
