JT, a burrito question for you

JT, most of your burrito instructions have disappeared from the forum. I know you freeze burritos with eggs and cheese in them. How about rice? I don't like how it freezes in soup but maybe it would be ok in a burrito? How about guacamole?

Do you just wrap the burritos in foil or do you put them in sauce? Do you microwave them with the tortilla exposed or do you have any reheating secrets you can share?

I got guacamole on sale at Trader Joe's and had to buy their salsa verde too. Then I admired the frozen burritos (yes I was shopping before I'd eaten dinner) and then I thought of you and decided to make my own frozen burritos. My plan is brown basmati rice, mixed beans, guacamole, salsa (verde and Annie's), cheese, roasted poblanos, and sauteed onions with fajita seasonings. Any advice?

Melissa
