It didn't take long!

I am working towards starting a new garden bed, with one of the main focuses being on attracting butterflies. Though they do frequent the yard, they didn't stay. Today I picked up a few milkweeds, to add to the rest of the new bed, in hopes to attract female monarchs. Well it sure didn't take long, maybe twenty or so minutes after placing the milkweeds in the yard, did I have my first mother monarch laying eggs.

I know there are quite a few other gardeners attracting these lovely creatures, and would love to see your photos and hear your experiences!
