Another Blueberry Question For Mr. Bamboo Rabbit

Bamboo, first off I would like to thank you for the great advice you have given all of us for growing blueberry plants in Florida. I followed your reccomendations on an older post and the berries have done very well. I planted 18 in a hedge row in January of 2011 and most were 1 gallon size plants. I fertilized with the Miracle Grow Acid Formula last year. This year I would like to switch to the 12-4-8 granular Blueberry fertilizer from Helena Chemical. Can you please advise me on the application rate for this fertilizer? I am assuming a monthly applicaton from Feb. to Oct. I did not let the plants fruit last year. Do I need to adjust the fruit load on the plants this year? I did a light pruning about 3 weeks ago just to remove any twiggy growth around the base of the plants and any dead twigs. The plants are blooming profusely now and I know mother nature may adjust the fruit load with the cold snap this weekend. Again, thank you very much!
