All your Old Garden Tea roses, and Hybrid Musk roses are shade tolerant in our zone near Oakland, California and bloom normally with 6 and 1/2 hours of sunlight, if I needed to.
Hybrid Perpetual and Bourbon roses typically need full sun, or nearly full sun, in our area.
The closer ones latitude is to the equator, the stronger sunlight is, and in Texas in zone 8, I'd grow all my China, Tea and Noisette roses in 6 and 1/2 hours sunlight.
I'd plant Maggie in full sun or nearly so.
- I grow all the own-root band sized rosebushes that I plan to plant in partial shade, in pots in full sunlight until they're 1 and 1/2 to 2 feet tall before planting them in a partially shaded area, to give them a head start.
-Bare root roses, which are sold in winter in plastic bags, are usually grafted on rootstock, which gives them a growth boost early on, are typically sold when older (2 years old) than many band sized plants. and because of these two reasons, I'd plant those roses on rootstock, of these groups;;Tea, Tea-Noisettes, Hybrid Musks directly in the ground where they would receive 6 and 1/2 hours of sunlight.

Ditto on what Luxrosa said. Your teas will take all the sun Mother Nature can hand out -- as long as they have water! If the soil dries out in the heat, it will get warmer than their roots find comfortable, and they will drop leaves, stop blooming and not re-leaf without more water. At least that's what they did in my garden which is sandy soil. Since you're already growing OGRs (which ones?) you must know what works in your garden. I just needed to make that caveat. Water is more important than anything else in my experience.

Maggie - I used to have her. I would put her in the back of a bed with smaller roses/plants in front. She didn't keep a lot of leaves, got some BS and didn't bloom much in summer here which, I think, is what long-caned Bourbons do - bloom mostly in spring and fall. People said it would easily be 6-8' tall and almost as wide.
Mrs. B.R. Cant - Another BIG rose. Easily 8' across in a few years - at least here anyway.
Mons. Tillier - He will grow big quickly. First tall and then about the 3rd year get wide. At 3 yrs mine was 6x6 in a widening v-shape which makes it easy to get your companions somewhat under his spread.
Mme. Berkeley - I don't have.
Mme. Lombard - just planted in October.
Clytemnestra - I don't have.
Felicia - I used to have this beautiful rose. The first season I had it in all-day sun. She was very unhappy. Moved it to eastern sun from 10am until 4PM. Didn't fare any better. I took it out, and if I were you, I'd try it in morning sun only maybe until 1PM. I don't have any situations like that so I couldn't keep her.
Buff Beauty - I don't grow it.
Bermuda Kathleen - I don't grow it,
Bridesmaid - I don't grow it.
Le Vesuve - Full sun all day is great. I can't tell you how big it will get. I'll just say huge. Mine is in a 6' diameter bed - 2-1/2 years old with growth beyond the bed and about 4-1/2' tall. I've started nipping him back, trying to keep him near 6' across. Don't know how long this will work. Jackie in CA has one that is way beyond huge and 90 yrs old! I would imagine this rose can easily get 10' across.
Don't know about placement. I do think Maggie and Levesuve might look good together because LeVesuve has near-red buds.

In my dry-heat garden Monsieur Tillier crisped in the sun to the point where I got rid of it even though it's beautiful. Morning sun only might be a good idea. Le Vesuve tolerates all-day sun. My Bermuda Kathleen is also in all-day full sun and can tolerate it quite well. Sherry is right, water is very important, and so is a good layer of mulch in my garden. Felicia didn't do well for me, even though she had afternoon shade. She's not with me any more. Mrs. B.R. Cant is very young but seems to do well in a lot of sun. Afternoon sun only is rather tough and I think you just have to try different roses and see what happens. Good luck!

I can't really be of much help,I'm afraid,being too much of a beginner myself,but for what it's worth, I have an area similar to yours of only afternoon sun;I'm trying Blush Noisette there. I've read that Buff Beauty is supposed to be very shade-tolerant...I'm looking forward to hearing more on this subject! cheers, bart

Thanks so much for your quick responses! To answer your questions, yes, I have a huge front yard (corner lot) that I recently took over to make new places for roses; I have soakers on timers to keep everything watered, and lots of cedar mulch. My new rose babies are all 2-gallon sized by now, and came from either ARE or Vintage, so I think they're all own-root.

To summarize what you've said so far:

p.s. My happy backyard roses are Duchesse de Brabant, Souvenir de la Malmaison, Archduke Charles, Old Blush, Madame Antoine Mari, and Madame Alfred Carriere. I've also recently added Pink Gruss an Auchen, Champney's Pink Cluster, and Excellenz von Schubert; hopefully they'll be happy in their new home, too!

I have a Bermuda Kathleen, own root, since January, and absolutely love her ! she is abt. 4 X 4 now, and always blooming... these tiny little fly-away flowers dance in the breeze, different pinks and reds and whites and buff-yellow all on the same twig, she throws her twigs out in all directions and is very open and airy..never any BS..... she would prob. be best in front of a darker background, with shorter plants in front of her,, I'm going to move mine in Feb. and place her further back in her bed..... and I do think Sherry's suggestion of Le Vesuve in front would work with BC as well... or even a short dark-red... or a tall dark-red behind BC would be effective as well.. she likes full-sun and lots of water and really responds to lots of organics and heavy mulch.... sally

Merideth, one thing I've learned with the pastels (and even non-pastels) of teas and Chinas is that they all look fine together. There are a lot of pinks and shades thereof among these roses, so the only thing that occurs to me is that you might want to break up the pinks with a yellow, buff or white here and there. Otherwise, I think I'd go by height -- but then they're all going to be pretty tall. So basically... whatever! They'll look lovely especially with companion plants growing amongst them. I have found that I like my roses better when there are other flowers and evergreens around them that might have contrasting, brighter or just different colors. The yellow of lance-leaf coreopsis and the blue of plumbago go well with these pastels.

Your last three teas can handle all day sun.

My Maggie is huge- just warning you. Not gracefully huge either. Almost wants to climb. And roots wherever the branches touch soil. But blooms without stop, spring summer and fall.
Mme Berkely is wider than tall so far, but very wide. Maybe 8 ft. Mine is in morning sun and blooms just fine even without all day sun.
I would place Buff Beauty in whichever place has the least sun. Not because it prefers such a spot, but because I think it's gonna bloom in the spring and fall even without being in a prime location.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to arrange them by height; do I have these sizes right for Central Texas zone 8B? I am only willing to prune twice a year; I don't even deadhead. They will be well-mulched and watered deeply once/week (we usually have water restrictions in the summer drought).

My Bermuda Kathleen is becoming more dense as it matures although the top third is still open since the plant is rather vase-shaped.

In the long run Le Vesuve will be larger than 6 x 6 but I think it would probably be very possible to keep it trimmed to that size without too much trouble. I hope your Felicia does better than mine; it just didn't seem to like my heat, but your conditions may be different. I hope everything works out for you the way you envision it. I've found that in the long run some moving around of roses is almost inevitable, but that can be satisfying when you see afterwards that your garden looks nicer.
