help me site my new roses!

Hello all -

I'm a longtime lurker; I've learned a lot from all of you and have 6 beautiful OGRs growing in the backyard to prove it! Now that I've gained confidence I've branched out to the front yard, where I've created a new mixed bed with 3 large zones designated for roses:

1. All-day, hot central Texas sun

2. Morning sun

3. Afternoon sun (12-6; not ideal, I know, but it's the only place to squeeze in more roses!)

I've got the beds ready and a pot ghetto full of highly-recommended roses, but my dilemma is how to group them into my 3 available spots. My two concerns are a) which roses will do best in which spots and b) which roses will look good together in a 3-4 rose grouping (surrounded by other perennials).

Here are the roses waiting to be planted:

Maggie

Mrs. B.R. Cant

Mons. Tillier

Mme. Berkeley

Mme. Lombard

Clytemnestra

Felicia

Buff Beauty

Bermuda Kathleen

Bridesmaid

Le Vesuve

What do you think? How would you group these roses into the 3 available spots?

Can't wait to see what you come up with. Thanks so much for your help (now and over the last few years)!

- Meredith
