I really like Peach Flambe. It holds it's color well.

In my climate, 'Peach Flambe' is the winner, hands down. It is a big, robust plant with very intense coloring that varies through the season. It is also fully evergreen here and is one of the better heucheras to hold up to winter, IMO ('Frosted Violet' being another winner in that regard). It is also stunning in appearance, offering a far different and more ruddy, coppery-orange coloration than any of the others listed. I cannot keep this plant in stock in my nursery - it sells out as soon as it hits the sales floor, despite having a rather hefty price tag.

'Marmalade' also receives high marks in my books. Again, very robust but the color is much more pale and washed out compared to 'Peach Flambe'. A different plant for a different setting/planting combination.

And let me temper these comments by saying this is how these plants perform in the PNW, a nearly ideal heuchera growing climate. How they will perform in Utah may be vastly different.

I have Peach Flambe in full sun and it performs excellent. I love those seasonal color changes!
Caramel is in part-shade and on its own is not that interesting, IMO, but as soon as you have something dark (Plum Pudding, Obsidian, Licorice etc) next to it it stands out perfectly.

Agree- Peach Flambe is a star. Dolce Peach Melba is supposedly an improved Amber Waves, but it (the DPM) is withering something awful in 2/3 day sun.

Another vote for Peach Flambe! Mines in full sun most of the time, has gorgeous variations of color and is just a show stopper at all times. Caramel and Marmalade didn't survive their first winter for me.

Wow! I didn't expect it to be so easy. The clear consensus would be for Peach Flambe'. Heucheras grow just fine here but I can't put them in full-sun. I treat them more as a part-shade to full shade plant. I hope I still get good color with the Peach Flambe in part shade.

When I saw Amber Waves in the garden center, it looked great. It seemed to have a lot of coral in it. Now in my garden it looks faded beige. I should probably try it in more shade.

Love Peach Flambe! I've got it on a container in afternoon sun and its doing well. But I figured I would try it there and if it stressed, I would move it to shade.

Another one that caught my eye was 'French Quarter'. It was deep coral and green variegated.

I think there's a Ginger Ale too.

They are a lot of fun. I always think I ought to get multiples so I can try them in different spots. Heucheras do seem to vary a lot in their likes and dislikes.

Got the new Wayside catalog today and there was a striking reddish one on the back cover that I had never heard of, but the name escapes me.

My Peach Flambes are very reddish. I like them just fine, but don't really think that they are in the same color group as most of the others you mentioned. Of the more amber ones I think that Caramel is by far the best. A vigorous grower that holds its color all season. I use these two together for a real nice pop of color. The Peach Flambes need the lighter color to show off their own dark color.

Can someone post a picture of Peach Flambe in their garden?

I was the nursery tonight and saw a bench of Peach Flambe and thought it was downright u-g-l-y, but of course I know that a plant can sometimes look quite different in the ground.

Since there are so many raves above, would love to see a picture if anyone has one to post.

All of those are great in my dry area, except the Amber Waves, of course. I treat that as an annual.

I have Ginger Ale and am looking forward to seeing how it does. I love the veining!

I love the Carmel. I guess I just love the different ones such as Mardi Gras against the predictable purples.

Here is a picture of Peach Flambe when it was first planted in mid-summer 2006. It still looks the same now but a bit bigger. Glows in the sun, looks more lively than this in real life, but does not show up well against the dirt.

Peach Melba - similar in color to Caramel but is not as vigorous and is smaller after 3 years than Caramel in the beginning of its second season.

I have Caramel and Peach Flambe both in sun/shade and they
both fascinate me with the varying leaf color on the same
plant. Especially as the sun loses it's steam later in
the day. I have worked in Mocha and Citronelle around
them to empahsize the color in all of them. My favorite
in the earth tone type is still Caramel.
