Mrs Dudley Cross, Mrs B R Cant, Octavus Weld and Tipsy Imperial

I live in Australia, Melbourne. The weather here is quite temperate. The summers can be hot and dry (up to 45 degrees), the winters get no lower than (5-7 degrees), Spring and Autumn are normally very pleasant and cool (18-28 degrees). We don't have any problems with hardiness, none of our roses need protection in the winter.

I'm trying to decide between these four roses. I've already ordered a whole lot of old garden roses (thanks to Ingrid for suggesting them) and modern (Austin) roses and climbers from 3 different nurseries, but can choose one free rose. I'm trying to be good and not be tempted to get them all (since I've already ordered about 35). Any feedback on the above roses would be appreciated. I think Octavus Weld is called Angel's Camp tea in the USA. And the last one is Tipsy Imperial Concubine, I couldn't type the whole thing in as the subject was probably too long. Thanks in advance for your help.
