Can my vegetable garden be saved? Lots of plants...little fruit

I live in Fla and have a garden in Mass. We plant every year in May and stay thru sept/oct to harvest. This year we planted but had an emergency and had to go back to florida and could not return until mid July. The garden was a weed fest. We worked it, it is now weed free. I have it well mulched with grass clippings. My tomatoes are doing very well, but not much else is. My eggplants, peppers, zuchinni and butternot squash all have beautiful looking plants and flowers but are producing very little if any fruits. The plants are full and leaves look good. Is there hope that they will eventually fruit? Is there something we should be doing to help the fruiting? I know previous years by this time we had our little stand open and selling plenty of veggies. I thought maybe nitrogen problem, but if that were the case would the tomatoes and corn be doing well?
