What vegetable seeds can be saved without fears of hybridization?

I know that there are some species that can't be grown from seed if grown in the same garden. For example, if I plant several squash varieties in the same garden, they will cross-pollinate and the offspring will not be like the parents.

Is there a list somewhere of what plants can be grown together without fear of them hybridizing? For example, will bush beans and kidney beans cross-pollinate? Will various varieties of heirloom tomatoes cross naturally? Cucumbers?

Basically, I'm trying to get a system set up where I can grow as many varieties of vegetables as possible between two gardens, yet still be able to save viable seed that will reliably reproduce the characteristics of the parent plant. Thanks.
