So I went off to purchase a 50 pound bag of .15% dimension and took a sample of the grass I was working with...Just in case.

THe preson behind the counter at my local John Deere Landscapes place told me that I did not need a Pre-M and needed a soil test instead.

I three pictures below...A close up of the grass I am trying to get rid of, a long shot of part of my lawn (the lighter green grass in patches is what I am trying to get rid of) and lastly a close up of some thick bladed grass that is beginning to show up in patches.

I completely re-did the entire lawn about three years ago...Killed what was left with roundup, tilled in a lot or organic material and installed irrigation...I mow high (normally - this photo shows a little lower than normal) and use synthetic fertilizer.

The seed I planted was:

39% Legende Chewing Fescue

19% Rye'T Too Perenial Ryegrass

19% Sunset Creeping Red Fescue

9% Evora Kentucky Bluegrass

9% Elf Perennial Ryegrass

.10% other Crop

1.31% inert Matter

.05% weed Seed

Here are the photos I mentioned
