Type of grass to use for sodding new lawn

I am moving into a new house and the builder is using Bermuda in the neighborhood. My front yard will get plenty of sun but the backyard will be fenced, have the house on one side and a wall of trees on another side and will not get a lot of sun. I am afraid the Bermuda will not do well, here is the builder's response:

"gathered info on Bermuda; it isn't as tolerant for shade as opposed to Fescue or Emerald Zoysia but can still grow in shaded areas. If you wanted to change to Fescue for back it would be an additional $65. per pallet, and Emerald Zoysia would be $110. per pallet. The Zoysia would be a better visual match next to Bermuda. The only catch with the Zoysia is it should be installed in Mar. or April- Just let me know if you would like to change"

Can anyone give me a reccomendation on which to use (or suggest something else)? I know very little about lawncare, particularly in my region, and would like to have something that is easy to maintain.
