Yum! I’d make 2 9x13 pans & cut the usual bar size portions into half sized portions. You will be surprised at how fast those small bites of sweetness are gone.

I get 2. 9x9=81 sq in. If 81 yields 16 then 253 sq in will yield 50. 9x13 is 117 sq inches so 2 pans will be 234 sq inches or just under 50 pieces, so about one piece per person.

I think you should be good with the two 9x13, especially if you cut them a little smaller and cookies will also be served.

Make the math easier - think of your 9x9 as an 8x8 and your 9x13 as an 8x12.

You will have 2.25" x 2.25" when you make 16 in your 9x9 pan

You will have 2.25" x 2.16" when you make 24 in your 9x13 pan.

2x2 is close enough.

When I do similar types of single serving deserts that are this size I would typically make around 1.5 per person or close to 75 bars. 3 pans will give you 72.

Maybe your crowd is less hungry than the one's I hang with, but if I made 1 per person I would have some people taking 2 or 3 and 1 per person can run out pretty quickly.

I prefer to have some left over than not enough.

I would make them using a chocolate wafer cookie as a base, put them in muffin tins lined with paper. Easier to serve, and eat for guests. I would make 50.

I would err on the side of making too many, since it's a several hour long party, people will likely be grazing. They may tend to eat more than if you're just serving a piece for dessert at a regular meal. And especially because there will be alcohol; I think people tend to eat a little more.

My girl loves Cheesecake Factory white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake, so I'm making these bars for her. They have an oreo cookie crumb crust. They are completely not my thing. I'm not a white chocolate fan. But I'm excited to make her happy with them.

All of her friends are super trim and fit so I can only assume that means they don't overdose on sweets!

I am happy to report back that your recommendations for making two 9x13 pans was indeed correct. There were a ton of leftovers but my daughter/cousin/girl who asked me to make these is thrilled to now have them in her freezer.

They were well loved by those who ate them - serious cheese cake addicts, men, and older women who no longer give a damn about being skinny as a rail. The skinny mini women with huge diamond rings didn't go near the desserts table, as I suspected. I guess that is how they had one-year old babies balanced on their hips and not an ounce of fat on their bones. :)
