Comments (2)If you are planning on running conduit, I assume the walls upstairs are open and you have good access from below. If that is the case, I would only use conduit for your "future" expansion and run NM in the walls but not in conduit. As for circuits, I would do one 20A for all the receptacles, one 15A for all the lighting and smoke detectors (both of those on arc fault breakers) and one 15A for the fan....See MoreHow many curtain panels should I use?
