Our DD is getting it. I got him this big beauty a couple years ago. Had a local welder add the extra handle as it’s heavy when full.

We got the 100,000 btu burner from eBay in 2016 , a Chinese grad student was making and selling them. $175.00 He was the sweetest young man , we kept in touch for years .

@NiCOZ5 he did it again today for our 4 pm meal. Cabbage and black beans with marinated pork tenderloin slices and his magic seasonings . Served over Purple Wild Rice . I forgot pictures. Oh and pot stickers!

Tai-pei brand pork potstickers. We used to make them. For just us 2 it is easier to buy. These are excellent. Yes the same dough. You can use wonton skins as well, they are a little thicker but do ok.

If my grocery store offered them for FREE I'd try them. 😂 Been cooking everything from scratch ALL my life. I really enjoy seeing you and your husband cooking healthy meals at home too! And....you probably don't remember me....you invited me to your house with the pool...in order to have ME make slip covers for your wingback chairs. I've been sewing and upholstering ALL my life too.

Colleen my stepson voluntarily took Home Ec. When Elery asked him about that choice he said "Think about it Dad, that class is all girls and free food". Yeah, he enjoyed it too, LOL.

I don’t remember about the chairs . But I just saw two Pembroke side tables on FMP and I mentioned them to my DH and said I sold the chairs and those tables at the same time. They are asking $700 for the pair!!! I wish I had gotten even close to that. I sold the chairs then too. I never liked them as I always felt I was sliding out lol.

Re chores, I've told a few clueless (not my) men feeling friction at their homes that one of the most romantic things they can do is clean the bathrooms to her standards with everything left they way she likes it. Towels folded properly, no streaks, corners and edges cleaned, etc. They tend to look flabbergasted. Those who listen come back sheepish and ruefully admit it works. :) At least cooking is fun, and they get the pleasure of eating the results, too.

@plllog he is a meticulous house cleaner as well! Given his very diminished eye sight he is amazing. And he does the dishes almost every single meal. And all the paperwork related to taxes . And he bakes biscotti- yesterday was Chocolate almond orange. He is definitely a keeper after 55 yrs. ❤️❤️

He has had his wok since his Sister and BIL got it for a wedding present in 1973 or so. They laughed and said we don’t want this! DH snatched it away. the rest is history.

Haha now that the days are longer he ” hangs his light up” lol. We have low light out there due to the Dark Sky lighting we wanted. The headlamp works great!
