Help me recreate it?

I started with onions, garlic, and mushrooms, which I sauteed until they were dry (and for the mushrooms, a little crispy). There was cream involved, and white wine. I tossed in some protein, added it to pasta. Oh, and I tossed in some peas.

What herbs would you add? I probably would have added thyme considering there were mushrooms and peas.

It already had garlic, so didn't need a lot more than salt and pepper.

Probably would have added some flour to thicken it a bit. What sounds good to you?😉
