Sjerin, the leaves are present in that picture, but missing from the lower branches, which I didn't photograph. The tree also dropped most of the apples produced by the lower branches. This is also true of my other apple trees (multiple varieties). Some other leaves fell awfully early this year as well. And it's not just my trees; some other local residents have told me the same thing. I don't know what this says about climate change or anything else. It's a mystery. Oh, and the Golden Delicious is never our largest apple anyway, but with so many on the tree this year I expect they'll be fairly small.

We love Wyoming. These were taken of the Bear Tooth Highway in Montana, going toward the NE entrance to Yellowstone and one of the most scenic in the US. It's pretty much an all-day trip if you ever want to do it. You can als9 drop down to Cody WY and tha5 part of the road is very scenic also. These photos were taken in July iirc. Pretty much open only in summer. And this is the 'Bear Tooth'

This was also not the pic I chose for the 52Frames weekly challenge, but it was a close second choice. Is farming "nature"?
