It’s been snowing for the last two days!

Started clearing the back deck.

Later this week I’ll get to welcome Spring for the third time this year. 😄

Our winter snow pack had just about all melted on Wednesday.

No snow but we finally had some much needed rain. It doesn’t affect the little bluebird family. He was guarding the nest this morning

Morning glory with garlic (not the morning glory we know here in the US; in Asia it's a green that is prepared and eaten like spinach). It is sometimes called water spinach as well: Tom Yum is a spicy soup that often contains shrimp. One of my favorites, I ate a lot of different versions of it while we were in Thailand: Larb - a salad consisting of finely chopped meat (in this case chicken), herbs, spices and served with lettuce leaves, mint leaves and other greens:

Thank you for your condolences. I had bilateral eyelid surgeries a month ago. I was nervous about how my tear ducts would be affected. I can tell you they are functioning in overtime. He was too young to die.

Such differences in climate today!!! Roxsolid, I think I would cry to see that much snow this late in April though I guess that is normal for you. I'm thankful to see tons of green outside my window and won't complain about 51º this morning.

I am also thankful for this cute girl keeping me company. It's nice to have someone to take care of again.

Came across this while cleaning out our house for sale - guessing from the 1960s? I thought "WATERPROOF UTILITY BAG...COMPLIMENTS of the MANAGEMENT" was rather amusing - it's just a plastic bag 😄

Not my photo but a nice moment from a Dodgers/Cubs game yesterday. This is Rick Monday holding the flag he grabbed in 1976 from two protestors trying to burn it on the baseball field. He played for the Cubs at the time then came to the Dodgers.

Murraysmom, Lacey looks quite content on the couch. She appears to be a well behaved little lady.

My little Frank has a hard time sitting still. He loves the outdoors year round and the snow just adds to the frolicking. I could hardly keep up with him this morning in the snow.
