I've bought a small house to resell. What apps do you use to insert furniture etc. in the house photos? Thanks.

I've used Live Interior 3D Pro for a few projects now -- moving furniture around a room virtually and getting a feel for what a kitchen remodel would look like. I have been quite happy with the product. It's fairly quick, stable, the developers are still at least somewhat interested in the product, and objects (furniture, fixtures, etc.) which they don't provide can be downloaded as Sketchup objects. You don’t need fancy 20K a year software. You can do everything needed with either Microsoft’s Office with or Google suites. Separate calendars for jobs. Shared drives. Reminders. etc. It’s all in how its set up and maintained, and the committment yo actually use it. The tech itself is irrelevant. It is the user that has to use it that’s the issue. It won’t manage you. You have to manage it. Garbage in, garbage out.

You can certainly pay for virtual staging, if that's the question. Not super-expensive.

You are selling it furnished ? IMO you either have it staged or the pictures should not be photo shopped ever .To me that would be a dishonest listing. Staging is expensive and IMO a good to scale floor plan to give to prospective buyers would be a good idea. Then they can figure out how to use what they have. I actully never like seeing a staged space I can figure how to decorate by myself.
