Ideas please--sending pictures from a desktop file to a person
Comments (3)Locate the picture you want to send and select it with a single left-click. Don't open the picture. Now, use a single right-click and find the menu item which says SEND TO...MAIL RECIPIENT. If your default mail program is configured properly, it should start a new blank email message and should automatically ATTACH your picture to it. You won't see the picture but you should see a message that it is ATTACHED. Then enter the email address and send it. If you still have a problem after this, the possibilities are: too many pics being attached to the same message you are exceeding the size limit for file transfers imposed by either your ISP or theirs your recipient doesn't know how to save the file attached to the message and open it....See MoreSee pictures - Color ideas for dining/Foyer please
Comments (13)On my monitor, your tiles appear to have caramel colored swirls. If that's so, SW Nomadic Desert or Latte might blend very well with the tile. It's one of SW's most popular color strips. My den is Latte with SW Extra White Semi-Gloss trim and I really like it. If you like a softer color for trim, SW Dover White or Alabaster would compliment the caramel colors. If your tiles are more golden colored, then I like the tan pictured above in the bathroom. If you want a contrasting look rather than a monochromatic one, a sage green (SW Clary Sage, e.g.) might be a nice choice. SW has $5 sample pints. Worth the money if you're not sure what you want....See MorePlease post your pictures - need ideas for pictures on tabletops
Comments (6)No pictures but I can tell you about mine. I have a sofa table with photos all in the same frames in varying sizes. All are B/W or sepia; all are light-hearted photos of family members that are fun to look at and they date from early 1900's, WWII, mid century to current. I have another group of pictures on shelves that are just "sisters" -- me and mine, mom and hers, grandmothers and their sisters, etc.(as well as a couple of nuns), ranging from 1800's through current. I'm working on another group with the men in the family and one with just wedding photos of family members. I like to use a theme and a commonality in the frames and photos....See MorePictures of Islands with support columns......please, need ideas
Comments (19)Hello again. I agree, their are fabulous people on here!! I began my project last January and pretty much lurked through Garden Web the entire way! I always seemed to be "learning" something from others but I felt I was never able to contribute anything, which is why I was thrilled to see someone looking for support columns........I can't tell you how many countless hours I spent looking for a solution to our column/dropped beam debauchle! I was FINALLY able to answer someone elses question!!...See MoreKW PNW Z8
