When we moved here, we painted the formerly white (both sides) front door this blue. We never liked it, and are finally getting around to changing out. We are going to paint the outer part of the front door Chine Green by Farrow and Ball (which is a very dark, almost black green), probably in semi or high gloss.

For the inner front door, we were thinking to paint it that same green on both sides, but feel like white may be the better choice given our current colors surrounding it (which we have no plans to change as of now), and white just matches everything. The surrounding walls you see in the foyer are Benjamin Moore Beacon Grey (which looks a bit more blue than we'd like in person, but it's still a gray, and we have no plans to change it at the moment).

All of the other doors in the house and trim is the basic Benjamin Moore Regal Select Semi-Gloss White, which is fine.

Two questions we have:

1. What is a good white for the inner front door that will match what we have inside, but also stand out a bit?

2. For the outer front door green color, should we do a high gloss or semi gloss finish? We lean towards high gloss...

Here's a pic of the inner front door. Thanks for any pointers!
