We are updating our home to give it a more contemporary look. Current paint color is peach. Neighbor to the left is taupe with white trim. Neighbor to the right is green with white trim.

We will be changing the stucco from Spanish Lace to a smother texture. (I think the texture is called sand.) Time for a new roof so we have the option to change the color of the composite shingles.

Planning to keep the existing railing but will update other elements like front door, garage door, lighting, etc. -- Tile on our front steps is gray/green. We may get rid of the tile because we are tired of tiles periodically falling off.
