Hi Katy, How far along are you in your kitchen project? What color are the cabinets and the sink? Depending on where you are in your kitchen project, you might want to wait until you have several items in place, such as your cabinetry, sinks, and appliances to be able to get the overall context. I just went through this exercise myself. Originally, I made my decision based on my cream-colored cabinets and I found some neat oil-rubbed bronze hardware with just a tad of copper shining through at Expo when it was going out of business. Things changed in my kitchen as I went along, for example, I ended up buying a black enamel range with brushed nickel, and a black refrig with Euro pulls. While the oil rubbed bronze looks just fine against the cabinet and drawers, it doesn't look good with so much stainless and black. I'm not familiar with the Rohl Tuscan Brass finish per se, so I can't really comment on whether it is considered oil rubbed or not. Good luck!

Just to update, I went to our plumbing supply. No shocker that they don't carry anything in polished brass - not popular enough (I can't tell you how many times this happens to me!!!). I contemplated going with brushed nickel, just to take it home, but DH said, and he is right, that I won't be happy with it. I really liked the Delta champagne bronze color, but in the end I went with what Pal linked, the Kohler Fairfax in polished brass. I think it will look great and if not, oh well! One day, when we redo the kitchen, I can get my unlacquered brass.

I ended up here, because I'm redoing my kitchen and trying to make a decision about the faucet. I have various faucets throughout my house from Kohler, Moen, Restoration Hardware, and Newport Brass. I think the Restoration Hardware fixtures are made by Newport Brass, because we had to call them when we needed to replace. We've had them from 10-12 years, so I don't know the styles or even if they are made. Almost all are polished nickel, and the Kohler and Moen are always spotless, laundry room and bathroom, respectively. I'm not crazy about the pull down sprayer on the Kohler. The Moen Showcase (do they still make this line?) is in the bathroom, and I love it so much, because I can just pour water over it and it will dry spotless. It's amazing. It is wall mount, and I wish I had it in every bathroom. Because of my success with Moen, when I needed a faucet for my kitchen, I bought an inexpensive (relative to all the other faucets I have) Moen at Home Depot. It is the only non polished nickel faucet I have. It is stainless steel, still looks brand new (10 years+), and the pull down sprayer works wonderfully. Unfortunately, I'd never buy fixtures from Restoration Hardware again. They spot like crazy. The Newport Brass are slightly better, but they also spot. I'm looking at Kohler and Moen for my new kitchen, but the choices are limited in polished nickel. Now I'll look at California Faucets, too, but I'll skip Rohl, since someone mentioned the polished nickel spots so much.

@Jessica Uhler, I love it. I also used it for all my kitchen hardware-- and all the other plumbing in the house. I don't do anything to maintain it. I don't wipe water spots or anything because I like the patina. There's a tiny bit of green in areas that get the most water, which isn't my favorite. I'm planning to give those areas a light once-over with steel wool when I finally get around to it. I did not use unlacquered brass for the kitchen sink drain. I thought drains would get too much patina or something. I bought a white powder coated drain to blend in with my sink. But actually the powder coating is coming off, and all the other unlaquered brass drains in my house (bathroom sinks, tub, shower) look great, so I'm going to swap the kitchen drain.
