Comments (21)Thanks, Carol. My sister was beloved by my great aunt and uncle. They bought her this lamb. She was on a float in a parade with the lamb, dressed as Bo peep. Comments (14)jrb, yes. I have a new iphone 15 pro and thank goodness I got it as my regular camera smashed on stone steps when it fell off the tripod. In addition to portrait mode, it allows you to move the area of focus with your finger after the picture has been taken. It's a really cool option for editing and getting it to look the way you want....See More- 3 years ago
3 years agoHad to look up ”pumi,” thinking it was another of those combo breeds. As you probably know, Nicole, its a Hungarian herding dog. Very cute pup.

3 years agoAs I scoured the yard yesterday looking for photo ops this is the only insect that would pose for me. It insisted on sitting on the key to my scooter as I toured the yard for 2 hours.
3 years agoThere are flocks of wild peacocks in our city. Wish this wasn't so blurry, but it was taken from my car window on a back street, on my way to work. Also saw a mother hen with babies a couple of days later - they've been busy 😃
There are actually peacock crossing signs on the main thoroughfare as well. They just stroll across the street with little regard for traffic.
3 years agoCarol, we have peacocks all over here, too. They can be noisy!
A 100-pound mointain lion in a nearby tree. He was safely tranquilized and released back into the wilds. Photo is from our local police.
