I am so going to have nightmares about my fiance mowing down my cyms! He isn't a plant lover, but he doen't complain about my little pots of starting lily bulbs (for the outside) OR especially my orchid invasion that accompanied me when I moved in. One time he said "Are you going to buy many more plants honey?" and THAT was enough to warrant my meanest look of death (I have to be stern or he may progress to the "mower" stage! lol!). And yes, I'm buying more. Oh - I lost all my 8 Phals in a freak hail storm (That happens in Calgary). I have one Phal I bought last year. It looks great, but won't grow leaves and won't flower, so I'm getting sick of it. It better be growing roots at least. I'll switch to phosphorous, repot and cool it this fall and see what happens. I just bought my first paph, so I'm axious to see If I can get THAT to give me a bud. I am really obsessing over it, which I sure the paph can detect, and that's why it's hiding it's babies from me :(

Yikes Monica. You have been through the wringer with these meds. I do not actually have RA; I have scleroderma,mctd,lupus depending on who's saying. My mother has terrible RA. Remicaid was a godsend for her. I was able to retire in 2005 from teaching but in my last year my husband drove me to and from work every day (22 miles) to conserve energy and I still took a long time to move normally ech day. My doctor and I do not know if the meds did the trick, or retiring did or if the disease had just done its worse. I wish the best for you. I think so many people think, oh it's just arthritis but they don't realize what RA is.

mojomom……I so remember this and how frightening it all must have been. I know I responded to it but must not have hit the submit button because In scrolling down, I wasn't there. It was so sad to see Patti43's name just six months ago. She must have been so sick at the time. I'm so happy to hear that all is going so well. Thanks for the up date……..speaking of things that bring a smile to your face, this is one of them.

Hi Pat, I decided to try Costco's exclusive ALL F&C formula as my MIL has been using it exclusively for several years and she swears by it. They do a lot of laundry in her house (6 adults) and I've been paying attention to their clothes. Everything they wear always looked clean, stains were removed from tablecloths, clothes didn't appear to wear too quickly, etc, etc. I took the plunge and finally bought a bottle which runs for $10.99 on sale every other month or so for a huge 158 load bottle. I've been very impressed with it's performance. It gets my laundry clean, soft and well-rinsed. I'm still on the fence as I haven't tried it yet on everything...Haven't washed my napkins or bedding with it yet but so far it hasn't let me down. My 96-load bottle of Tide F&G is nearly empty, so I'll be using this ALL liquid for mostly everything soon. I also have Tide Purclean Free which I use on laundry that I don't want OBs and ALL Free powder for heavy duty loads including workout clothes and microfiber cleaning towels.
