my sheets are washed and changed weekly as well. It wasn't a perspiration problem, it was a problem of a not so great washer, and the need to use biofriendly detergent, as originally stated. Anyway, today I happily soaked my white bar cloths today (washer was free of workers) &soaked them in the Persil & oxiwhite. Almost EVERYTHING came out of them! Hooray. They were looking not so good despite regular washings. Thank you for all your help! I'm not sure I can go back to "green" laundry products after this. And I am a believer of such things. my sheets are a beautiful thick crisp all cotton. I love them. I know I can get the rest out, its minimal compared to what it was. I should've taken a before/after shot, but it was too embarrassing!

the first picture is the first floor bathroom, the second and third picture is the guest bathroom. We picked this quartz for the guest bathroom, which worked out great. Due to the amount of quartz we had to order, we decided to put the extra in the first floor bath, which doesn't look so great. So I'm asking for if there are any paint and/or tile recommendations for the first floor bath so I could tie the countertop better with the vanity.

We found 3 whites that we love together. The cabinets are a dove white, counter top is Viatera Minuet quartz (the smaller sample on the edge) and backsplash is Lansdale Carrera Amalfi from the Tile Shop. The marble is creamy with very subtle warm veining and tiny sparkly flecks. Fingers crossed that when we get the marble in larger quantities it is as uniform as the box they had at the store!!! The color variation on the sample we have is very subtle and diffuse and does not fight with the counter top.

This is a challenging Kitchen. It depends on your style preferences, i.e. traditional, french, country, etc. The flooring and counters lend themselves well to French, Mediterranean or maybe even West Indies. If this were my kitchen, I'd paint the lower cabs something dark to tie in the dark appliances together and ground everything. Then pick out your back splash in a light color that is also in the counter and use that color to paint the cabs. Otherwise I'd go for a French look and paint a very, very light base color and antique all of it. The antiquing color ties everything together and bring in black accessories.
