Just got back from my son's orientation for university. We saw the most beautiful cloud formations the entire time. Taken by him, from a moving car (eight hours of car riding). From sunrise to sunset every sky was breathtaking. The top two he didn't get a shot of, he was too busy enjoying. Sunrise was every color, and at the end of the day, there was a cloud, I kid you not, that had two dot eyes, a nose, and a smile! We laughed so hard at that one. I'm not sure you can see it, but there were rays of light striking the ground all over. It was even better in person.

I had a few of the willow tree statues prior to the flood and I wanted to get a few new ones to replace the ones I lost. Last week a neighbor listed several new in the box for sale for her mother in law that was now in a home. My husband said he wanted to buy them for me as a belated birthday gift. I love these! I added my little garden angel to them.

I'm in an office overlooking the Parthenon in Nashville (today), and it made me grin so broadly! Anytime it was windy, we'd grab the kite and head for that large open expanse you see. Hard to find when you live in the city. Easier now that we don't live almost downtown.
