Forgot to refrigerate giardiniera pickles…

Made a small batch of giariniera pickles last night. I planned to refrigerate them to eat this weekend, but forgot to put them in the fridge, so they were out on my counter (with a plastic lid but not processed) overnight.


Are they still safe to eat, or do I need to make another batch? The recipe was equal parts white wine vinegar and white wine boiled with olive oil, sugar and salt to make a brine, then the vegetables were cooked for 5 minutes in the brine and jarred.
