Pulling off the traps and snaking didn't help? I can see a P-trap leak being caused by snaking, it could certainly jar a fitting just enough. Do other fixtures in the room as well as your other rooms drain well? Any gurgling when you flush the toilet, or if you flush a toilet in another room does the water in the bowl of this toilet shimmer at all? Properly vented? All too often I'll see someone stuff a rag or wad up a bit of insulation to plug a drain stub-out during construction instead of using a proper plug. Several times they've disappeared...down the drain. Oops. Do these sinks have grates over the drain hole? Those can sometimes cause a little vacuum action as water leaves the bowl and that little vacuum can prevent proper draining. Do they have pop-up drain stoppers? Those can sometimes interfere as well. But not usually. Do the sinks have an overflow hole? Sorry for all the Q's. But 75 weeks? Wow.

- thanks for the reply pricklypearcactus. sadly with the area im in the local plumbing and bathroom shops all suck. ive visited more than a few with an attempt to get names of manufaturers and some literature on products but none was available. (on the flipside when i visited a few local lighting stores i was given all the information i could carry). - even still, id have figured even if someone didnt have the answer to my specific question they'd atleast have insight on the Lacava (or Paini) Brands. - i was leaning towards thinking ive probably done all the research and thats pretty much why no one is responding.......it's just be nice to get a reply or two to know for sure.

Agree you benefit more from second sink vs larger shower-- most people looking to purchase that house will anticipate a smaller shower in house that age/size---so having a double sink will be appreciated... Have you considered doing something more unconventional -- i.e. using a trough sink that you can add two faucets to vs two conventional sinks design Saw a guest/child's bathroom where a double sink was used that was a stand alone (no cabinetry)--forget the name for that-- You could add storage either with a taller cabinet or shelving I think much of conventional sink cabinetry is wasteful --drawers are much more functional than the open storage in the bottom cabinet which is really just enclosing the plumbing... consider adding a unit that has wicker baskets or just drawers on either side with glass ledge under the mirror... IF space is at a premium then maximizing storage should be of primary concern in bathroom...

I prefer two mirrors as well because I think it gives a more balanced look and it provides defined spaces, his and hers in our case. Your statement about wanting to make it so that 3 people can use it is what has me curious though, is this a what if type scenario or is a 3rd person actually going to be in there all the time? The reason I ask is because DH and I used to make choices based on the what if's a lot. We'd spend the money or compromise on what we really wanted only to never have those "what if's" materialize. We bought a crew cab truck so if we needed to we could tote people but never once did anyone sit back there. We turned a room (that could have been my craft room) in to a guest room and in 10 years it's only been used a handful of times and an air mattress would have worked just as well. So if you want the big mirror because it will actually be used in the context you're planning for, great...then there's a need and that would be the more functional choice for your situation, but if you're just thinking well maybe 3 people might need it, then don't focus on that and do what is more practical for your every day living.
