I'd go with either Simply White or Chantilly Lace. And paint out the doors and trim, too. P.S. Paint first, then pick the tile. Match the white of the tile to the white of the paint.

In the picture it doesn't look like the kitchen cabinets really go with the floor. They look cool, while the floors and fireplace look warm. Think about the furniture you already own and are going to keep. Are they warm or cool colors? If cool, change over completely in the new house by refinishing the floors and painting the fireplace. If warm, BM Simply White or SW Alabaster are the most popular warm whites from those makers. For some people, these are too yellow. Chantilly Lace has a more neutral quality. Sometimes White Dove will look slightly gray.

The only way you're ever going to know which white is going to work for you is by sampling. The direction daylight is coming from has a big influence on how colors look. There are always outliers - some people will report an undertone in a color that no one else has seen. The people on this forum are from all over the US, Canada, sometimes the UK and the Southern Hemisphere (AUS and NZ). So your mileage may vary.

I think BM White Dove is the best choice to complement the warmer tones in your existing wood and brick surround. Alabaster is likely too yellow and the other options are too bright white. I agree with another commenter that using a sample to test is the best way to decide (samplize!). The cabinets are very cool and you need to find a pattern to combine the warm and cool tones in cohesive way. A patterned runner in the kitchen and the backsplash are two places to bring these colors all together. Here is a simple, marble 2 x 8 tile from Bedrosians that has both tones. I would probably run it stacked like this for a more modern look but change the direction to run vertically for a sense of height!

A few years ago, I painted the interior of our MCM home with Behr Swan Wing (flat) -- ceilings and walls. I tried many whites and this one seemed the most neutral with just a tinge of warmth and the one that looked best with our house that has red oak floors, redwood paneling, mahogany cabinetry, and dark brown beams. Swan Wing is made from the Behr base white that has a tiny bit of yellow and a tiny bit of black coloring added. It looks good with lights of all temperatures (I use 3000K). Not many people on Houzz use Behr paint, but I like it a lot. I primed everything first with Glidden primer so as to have a "clean" base, and then I put on two coats of paint.

ETA: Our fireplace is similar in color to yours -- a kind of peachy modern brick.
