Hiya Laura Yes, that was me that did your previous PSing. Unfortunately, I don't have Photoshop on my new computer that I got for Christmas. I've been trying to avoid putting it on here because it really sucks up alot of room on my hard drive. I "think" I might still have some of your photos saved on my old computer and I could repost them so others can comment. I'm not sure who is doing Photoshop on here anymore? I'm trying to remember...did I do your whole house in brown with green trim? Or did I do a bunch of green versions too?? I forget! Lindy

HOLY WOW! Has this thread ever taken a lot of hits since I looked last : ) Great ideas too. I still like the color of your parent home the way it is...but I would go with a different (larger) shutter in a complimenting color. I like the idea of bright accent for your door too. I'm still keen on the purple floral tones too : ) I also like the wood trim above the windows, it really adds character. Not to crazy about the flower boxes, too hard to water, keep moist and dirt will splash the windows, I'm a freak about my windows LOL and a bit lazy too. Did you find out if you can remove the railing around the front porch? If that is something you've considered. Or pillar accents? I like those too. One thing to consider is that when you plant near the foundation is helps deter 'dishonest' ppl from sneaking/viewing into the windows, especially when you plant something with a bit of thorns nearer the back. Uplighting helps too! What have your parents thought so far? Spring is coming and I'm sure they are eager to get started. Your children will love being close to G & G, just as much as they will : )

Cream cabinets with a glaze is very hard. I can do two things. I can paint over Squirrel's existing photo and dial down the opacity so the wood shows through (or else it just looks like cream rectangles) OR cut and paste a real photo of cream cabinets. (but that's hard to get the right angles) This is what I mean... Just painting with Ben Moore Cut and Pasted photos of cabinets online I tried to make extra crown on the painted ones but the cut and pasted photos were too hard to get crown on top. I'm sure Squirrel would have whipped this up lickety split. I still have lots of learning to do! Sigh!
